Augusta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Augusta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I’ll be honest—I was frustrated because I had already paid someone to disassemble the golf cart and would have to pay again to have it taken back to the shop. When I explained my concerns, their response was exactly what great customer service should be. They immediately reached out and asked, “Why didn’t you tell us?” Instead of making excuses or creating more inconvenience, they came directly to my house and took care of the issue themselves. Phenomenal work! Had my chrome bumpers wrapped on my 2500 Silverado. Kiersten is meticulous with her work. Zero regrets choosing her and would highly recommend her to someone who wants a quality wrap that also is done with quality work.
